By accessing or using Grit ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

You retain ownership of content you post on Grit. By posting content, you grant Grit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute your content on the platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to share the content you post
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
We do not claim ownership of your content. You can delete your content at any time through your account settings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing or defamatory
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post spam, advertising or promotional material without permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Scrape or data-mine the platform without permission
- Post content that promotes cheating, hacking games or exploiting other players
- Harass other users or engage in targeted abuse
- Post content that infringes copyright or trademarks
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, suspension or permanent ban of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Grit platform, including its design, code, logo and features, is owned by Grit and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Game names, logos and trademarks referenced on Grit belong to their respective owners. Grit is not affiliated with any game developer or publisher.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any content on the platform is accurate, complete or up to date
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
Gaming guides and builds are user-generated content. Grit does not verify the accuracy of any strategy, build or advice posted by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits or damage to reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Danger Zone section of your Settings page.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
